Need a little help PLEASE!

Hi Guys!

My forum is located on my subdomain and I also have a nice home page on my domain. I was just wondring, is there a way to put the entire log in box with links (see the pic) from the top of my forum and put it on my main home page? I'd like to have that log in box on my home page as well as on my forum.

How can I do that? Im realy new to this so plz be easy with me lol
