Replacement URL's in Posts

Some of us have them.. people that use our forums to plug their own websites. I think it would be cool to be able to replace their url with something else. So I tell my admincp and domain url within posts of x change to y

For example:

"I have some free magazine articles on my website http://www.lookatmysite.com"

converts to

"I have some free magazine articles on my website http://www.theonion.com"
