Exclude Users From Threads

Hi there!

I'm looking for a way, to exclude several users from posting in certain threads. for example, when a user is offensive and trolling in a discussion, there should be an option f?r mods and admins, to disallow this user to post furthermore in this thread.

i found a "private debates" mod. This is almost what i need, but not like in this mod, every user should normally be able to post in every thread, as it is by default. So i'm looking for a better solution. :erm:
