I got it.

Look for:

You'll see a line with cellspacing="stylevar[cellspacing]". Just change that to ="0". (My template's all hacked up so my code will be a little different than yours, otherwise I'd post the actual line, but you can't miss it.)

This has been driving me nuts for like a freakin' year, lol.
