Random Post on home page

Can anyone please help me?! I need to be able to show the text from a random post from a particular forum on my homepage. The post has to have been made in the last 2 days and the post has to rotate every x seconds!
Any ideas?

I would relly apreciate it if someone knew of a way to do this as I have to add it to my forum.
