Have to log out twice

Hi:

Has anyone encountered this problem? Doesn't matter if I am on the CMPS homepage or on the forums page, when I click on "Log Out" it says that cookies have been cleared, but I am still logged in! I have to click "Log Out" one more time and then it logs me out.

I have used the tools.php utility for vbulletin to makes sure my cookie domain is blank and the other option is "/"

Any ideas? I have searched everywhere for hours and can't seem to figure out why it's doing this. I have also cleared my browser cookies and closed all my browser windows, but it's still doing the same thing.

I recall copying all of the file names under "Navbar Replacments" and pasting them under "Header Replacements" because the previous problem I had was that the login button was not pointing to the forums correctly.
