vbbux causing Database error ??

This is the whole error that I get in emails.

Database error in vBulletin 3.6.4:

Invalid SQL:

MySQL Error : Unknown column 'user.vbbux' in 'field list'

And yeah I realized it was removed here but I thought it was for ppl to not download it anymore. Is there a BIG risk that someone will happen to my forums? Does html enabled on my forums also have anything to do with this??
