I think adding a custom field of 'Real Name' would be a great addition to have my community to start getting to know everyone more. Yes, i create a custom field but what else can i do with it? Anything special?

Can't you make custom profile fields as many characters as you want as an Admin? Make the description a mini-biography maybe?
