Het GearTripper thank you , you really opened my eyes on this matter. I have been taking too much time about the design on my forum that I haven't really being posting or promoting the forums.

Good man. Also, ask your members what they like and dislike, and what they would like to see. My forum is run almost to the point of a democracy, I've made several changes against my better judgment and they've turned out, to a one, just fine. Treat your members good, provide a functional layout, and get the word out; advertising on the internet is tricky and frankly not worth it with 22 members; work around your local area, see if the local gyms have bulletin boards (physical ones at the gym, not like a forum) where you can pin up an ad for your site. Swing by your local three-letter fitness store and ask them if you can leave tear-offs at their counter. Be creative, all that good stuff. Good luck with it.
