I have posted it here, expecting some helps and it seemed to me that no one cares to shown me how it works etc.
Lack of supports from vbulletin.com/vbulletin.org that is bugging me and I am sure I have seen much better supports elsewhere with open source products!
Telling you how a custom modification works on another site is what you'd expect from a volunteer community, let alone the software developer? The only 'support' you're entitled to is setup and installation -- and that's at vbulletin.com.

It's been answered. The answer is that it is a custom script. That means you have to 1) write one yourself or 2) hire someone to write it for you. There is no simple answer, otherwise.

But not quite! Can it be obtained anywhere on internet or is that a wishful thinking?
It isn't a custom script. The URL of the article and the comments page (forums) are different. The homepage is just made to look like the forum. The staff can just copy+paste into the forum, what they did on the site.
