I've been looking around my templates etc for ages trying to find what code I have to remove to get rid of the collapse/expand icons.

Can anyone give me a pointer?

Just try searching for

and get rid of any of that. For instance:

And then below that is some code inside of a tbody tag that will look like:

Get rid of that and its end tag.
