I was able to get into the tools.php. I repaired the tables twice. Then I tried getting into the admincp. I removed the tools.php and was able to log into the admincp. I went to Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Repair/Optimize Tables -> Check All -> Continue and ran that 3 times. I tried to access my forum and I get a blank page. Did I mess something up?

At least I am not getting any more error messages

I can get everything but the index.php. If I go directly to a thread, I can see it just fine, but when I try to view the forum index, I get a blank page.
