I've been hunting around for a way to put an image in a category banner for a while now and tried (unsuccessfully) a few things on my own. Could someone give me a hand or at least point the way to something that would work?

I've put up a screen capture from a site I found that has done pretty much what I am trying to do. I'm running 3.6
