last post is "wide" because of the last post titles that currently exist

to fix this you can change the max displayed chars for last post titles
ADMINCP / Forum Listings Display Options / Last Thread Title Maximum Displayed Characters

you can also edit the FORUMHOME template and add a specific width to the cell
