Postibt conditional help

I'm trying to create a custom postbit where the user can only see their own posts, plus that of a specific usergroup... Basically:

If the poster's user ID matches the ID of the person viewing, OR they're a member of X usergroup, show the content. If not, show nothing.

Can anyone help me figure this out? Been trying for a couple days but I'm not as knowledgeable about all of this as I want to be.
