I'm about to pull my hair out over this...

Here's what I need to do. I have forum moderators. I want these members to only be able to stick and unstick threads in the forums they moderate. Ok, no worries, I think. I'll select Yes to "Can Manage Threads" and then edit a template to remove the other features that are blanketed into that permission. (Other features are Post: move, copy. Thread: move, copy, merge, remove redirects)

I see two moderation templates that look as though they should be the ones to edit: moderation_post and moderation_threads, but I don't think these are the right ones. I've taken editing to an extreme and tested by completely removed the contents of these templates. Unfortunately, I saw no change to the available options.

Can anyone shed any of light on this situation?

well it's definitely not the templates I listed above.... and I've dug through a number of the php files and am still lost.

Does anyone know where the moderators "Can Manage Threads" permissions are located?
