Site down after Server Move

I had to move to a different server and after doing so I cannot access my site: www.lawenforcementforum.com I get The page cannot be displayed .

I tried to log into the admin cp which I can see but after I click login it goes to The page cannot be displayed.

I thought it might have something to do with vBSEO so they uninstalled it and it still dosen't fix it.

Could someone please help me re-configure this, I'm stuck
