How do I not show the sub forums in the main category?

Hi there,
I need to know how I can avoid the sub categorys from entering the main categorys. For example:

This is what it is like currently -
Health, Care & Fitness - > Sport + List of sub categorys

I want it to just be -
Health, Care & Fitness - > Sport

I am not sure if i expained this very well, I suck at explaining things but the forum is here - www.treatusright.com/community you might get a better idea of what I am trying to do there
