Help, when I make new subject and fix his title, the first letter him I write chapter and when I step ok then me him it presents small, while I make again treatment and him I do chapter me it makes again the same!!! What is to blaim?

When I create new subject in the Forum and write the title of Subject. Always the first letter him I write capital and when I step ok me him it presents small.

I think he saying when he make a thread and write the subject the first letter of subject get change from capital to low caps after submit thread and he want to prevent that .
