Hello all,

I've searching for this all afternoon. I'm looking for a hack that will allow users to choose how much of their rep to give. That is, if a user has a rep power of 10, they are allowed to choose to give 0-10 points to give. The amount of points would be displayed in a dropdown menu. I've seen it implemented a few places and would like to use it myself.
