Hey all,

I have a message board for the band Lacuna Coil. It's called Angel's Punishment. I'm looking for a review of the skin and just how well things are running so far. The board has been open since August.

I really like the design very smooth and clean, the red white and black works well together

The font may be a little bit small for some people though.

How would I fix that width problem? I know some people still use 800x600...I just checked and you're right, it's too wide to even read.

good color combo - provides a lot of contrast

you could change it to a fluid width = 95% instead of your 1080 fixed width

Your logo is nice, but almost too simple. It seems like you could do more with the space to the right, but I am not sure what as just dropping ads there would spoil the simple look.

The Google ad is well placed, but a bit large for the area....I think they have a narrow selection that would fit perfectly here.

There is very little on the page to tell me what the forum is about. Where you have the wanted message would be a good spot for a quick blurb about the forum. With the space saved by going to a narrow Google ad you can fit more info here...make sure to use keywords you want associated with your site.

The forum icons are well done and have a dark feel about them, fitting well with the rest of the site. However the forum link icon feels out of place (/statusicon/forum_link.gif). This ine should be made to match the others, using the symbol at the background and with the arrow to show it is a link forum.

You have a good amount of forums for the traffic. Keep an eye on the community needs and expand as they need to.
