Moderator Picture at Top of Forum Page

Hello,

I'm trying to find out if there's a way to show a moderator's picture (small .gif or .jpg) at the top of the forum that they are responsible for moderating. I've seen this on a few sites and wondering if vBulletin can do this. It's a nice feature as it shows some personalization and some notoriety to the moderators for all their work. Thanks for any help in pointing me in the right direction.
