User Title Colors?

Ive searched and cant seem to find this hack.

I want my users when they reach x amount of posts to have their username on forumhome to display as a different color.

Like www.earnersforum.com (bottom)


I know you can set usergroups to have their own username color, but the problem is I dont see a way to have user be changed to a certain user group upon reaching a certain number of posts, like user titles.
