/forum/cmps_index.php

This is what I see when I go to the who's online link if people are on our homepage. How do I change this?

Also how do I set my webserver up so when people go to www.thepublicenemy.net I don't have to redirect to www.thepublicenemy.net/forum/cmps_index.php?

I know people have this setup to where the homepage comes up as thier actual domain name instead of a re-direct. Any suggestions?
