everytime when a user post sumthing, the post has to be moderated. HOw can i disable this...i already did it in the usergroup for everything...but it's not working!!!

Check the usergroup forum permission in your AdminCP.

If your Usergroup settings are set properly, then try looking in your 'Forum Manager' and setting the 'Moderation Options' appropriately.
