Colored mods and admin in whos online

I want colored mods and admin names only in the whos online at the bottom. I dont want it to be colored in the threadbit too. how can i do this?

Does anyone know how to add an if statement to check if you are on the forum home?
Something like <if condition="blahblah"></if> this way i can at least make it show up in whos online and not in the threads.
