Auto-delete inactive users?

Is there anything that makes it possible to auto-add users somewhere who haven't visited the forum for 4 weeks, send them a reminder email asking them to login, then if they dont login for another 2 weeks auto-delete them from the forum?

It would be really handy if there was something similar!?
