Does anyone know if such a thing already exists, or what would be required to get it working. Basically I'd like vB to send html notifications to my members of new posts/threads, and therefore I'll be able to make it look a lot nicer, and there's also the possibility then of selling advertising banner space.

Also is there any way of knowing how many are being sent on a daily basis?
