How do I add on the file sharing that you do here, like when I download a mod,

how is that done ?

I would like for users to be able to upload say a PDF and then have other users download it,

That possible ? Is it already in the software ? 3.6.4

You can already upload a PDF file as an attachment. You can choose your attachments that can be uploaded in your adminCP.
