I would like to add the feature seen at the top of many of the threads here for example, where by a visitor is asked to rate (something, in this case vb mods - Excellent ) and then the rating is adjusted accordingly.

Basically I want visitors to rate different WebTemplates or rather the contents of the Template - Any ideas?
