Is there a mod that creates a drop down box for users to select a predefined link to add to their post?

...for predefined staff replies (with usergroup permissions to use it), this would be really nice and useful.
To generate (thought admincp) a set of replies with a default text for the staff, for use to close thread, move thread, warning a user (even from infractions or PM), etc.
