I have an idea!
I have no clue if its available but I would like to find something that dose this:
A plug-in that can be configured to allow admin to set where deleted stuff should go when mods delete something and away to know where that deleted file came from. this would be nice for the admins to verify the deleted file before permanently deleting it from the server. I have a forum where mods move the post to a hidden forum that members can not see, but the moved files do not say where they originated from. I'm running vb 3.6.4 |

i'm not sure i fully understand what you want here... i'm thinking you could just tell your staff or whomever is removing threads to move them rather then delete them? then there would be no need for a hack.

Like all soft deleted posts get moved into a forum? I love it!

yes that's what I'm talking about, all soft deleted post will go into a invisible forum so the members cant seem them, and admin has time to look them over...
this should be automatic, and it should have been an option already in the forum, but there's not... and I'm sure tuns of ppl are looking for this hack.. |

ahh, i think there was a hack written for vB 3.5 that did exactly that. i've suggested something as much for vB about a year ago at vB.com. nothing over came of it.
