1. If you click the Styles tab up top, you can find Styles that users here have created and made available for the community. There are other sites that also have premium skins available for purchase: ExtremePixels, vBStyles, etc.

To give your users the ability to select multiple styles: Go into your AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Style and Language Settings -> Allow Users to Change Styles -> Yes

2. I'm not sure what you mean... I don't really understand what you're after.

3. If you're referring to the "Posts:" string in the postbit, then yes, you can remove it from the postbit template.

It's fairly easy to install, just a few file uploads and a Product Import -- like most of other mods on the site.
