Email member when someone response to his or her tread

Hello, any way I can do this, set up so when ever someone response to anyone else post a email will be send to him or her telling them someone has just response.

It's a two step plan

1. vBOptions > User Registration Options > Default Thread Subscription > Instant Email Notification

2. Maintanance > Execute SQL Query > YES - Instant Email Subscription > Continue > Continue

You will only be able to do number 2 if you have permission to run queries as per config.php

I did number one was not able to do number 2, but it still work without doing step 2

The first step will apply only to those specific users that set it as such. Step 2 basically does Step 1, only for all your members.
