These kinds of threads are uncalled for. They shouldn't be allowed to spew about 3rd party disputes here, especially when these "disgruntled" people can't provide proof of non-delivery.
Though I'm not doubting anyone's particular case, us good hard working developers are constantly plagued by people who want something for nothing, and want a 100% dedicated coder for their project without paying a handsome retainer fee. You get what you pay for.
You couldn't be more wrong. The transaction was started here, and this individual seems to get a kick from ripping people off. Next time when he contacts someone for work, hopefully they do a search and this turns up and saves someone some time and money.
Since there is no other way of letting the community know, like a feedback system, this is the only way to inform everyone of a rip off.
Or maybe you're right, we could just let them to continue to defraud everyone, and no one speak about it so everyone can "live and learn".... /sarcasim
