I want to do something like this: http://forums.facepunchstudios.com/forumdisplay.php?f=6

See the category images on the left side saying "comptuers, games, unfunny, xbox" ect. That is what I want to do.

This is basically a link/images/videos/articles post for my users. I want it to be contained in 1 forum (not in all the forums, just 1 forum). The user must be required to put their link into a category. Category is chosen by the user when submitting...

Categories are added by the admins...

And you'll see that, thats not what I want.

they are posticons only you can do that same upload in folder icons and select when you posting a new thread thats all
