looking for assistance with Customization

Hello,

i would like to ask for some assistance with modifications for my vbulletin. i'm attempting to customize it for music library use (songs/videos) database for folks who log in to be able to post and vote on songs and videos, and your typical stuff YouTube has. the package PHP solution is located here, so i just need to integrate this PHP script with VBulletin.

or add these functions to existing VBulletin (vote on and sorting of songs and videos) by users and posting of comments on each.
