After doing some searches, it seems like this question has been asked a lot, but I have not come across much in the way of answers.

Is there a way to have VBulletin push out emails containing all new content from all forums to users daily. This is much needed to help keep users up-to-date with what is going on in the site.

Any answers of advice would help!

I found in adminpanel, in Cronmanagement, the "Daily Digest", wich "sends out new post and new thread digests once per day".

But, how to subscribe on this service???

This feature is not build into VB... it will need a mod... I am also looking for one.
