I'm running vB v2.3.5 (yes I know it's old but it's a volunteer organization, etc) and I'm currently attempting to stop (or at least cut down) the number of bogus accounts that are created by robots.

It seems that almost all of the bots that join my forum have the exact same date of birth entered in that field, which is 1983-03-28 so I'd really like a way to be able to deny ANYONE from joining which has that dob or have it place them in a certain users group that is unable to post, etc.

If this wouldn't be too complicated for someone to create, please let me know as I'm about to go loopy having to delete a dozen accounts a day
