Anyone heard of Flashcoms video chat room

Hi All
I have been searching for a good video chat room and narrowed it down to either 123FlashChat or Flashcoms "Community Video Chat" (http://flashcoms.com/products/community_video_chat/).

Did some searching around the forums and 123FlashChat comes up a bit but there isn't any mention of Flashcoms so I was hoping someone could help me out on these two video chat rooms.

123FlashChat is far more expensive then Flashcoms and whilst 123 does seem to have perfect vB integration I am unsure whether it is worth the extra money compared to Flashcom which will I presume like anything else with the right coder could be integrated into vB.

Finally my need is:
1. Integration with forum membership
2. General chat by text between users
3. Once a month (or perhaps twice a month) a special event with a guest speaker on a subject by video and sound answering text questions entered into the chat room with 100 or so users just watching their on-screen video of the event while they type their questions.
4. Popup window of the chat room so a user can have the forums and chat window side by side so they can keep browsing the forums while they watch the chat room
5. The least server load and traffic as possible without sacrificing the above
