You will need a backup of the database in a format which you can then import via phpmyadmin or SSH to your server where you will be installing vBulletin.
The most common methods are SQL or tar.gz but these can also be in XML or CSV format. I'd try and get a SQL or tar,gz file if possible, but if not, then an XML should be fine. |
