Show data from other forums

Hi!

I want to know if there is a possibility to show topics, in a different forum then where they are located.
So for example, I have forum A and B. I made a thread in forum A but I also want to display it in forum B.
I want to show these thread based on the tags they have (I'm using a tag-hack found on the forums).

Can somebody tell me if there's something like this?
