Error : class_core.php on line 1283

hi ,
i have probleme when i patch my vbulletin forum
i did patch 3.6.4 i forget and i put vb_patch354_VBF1E9FC1E
and i have this error : Fatal error: Cannot create references to/from string offsets nor overloaded objects in /home/xxxx/public_html/forum/includes/class_core.php on line 1283

Can Anyone Say Me Where Is The Solution , Tnx In Advance .
and i upgrade it and the same error
i can't connect in my forum
Ps : I didn't do backup of data base.
