integration VB with my project, i'm searching

I'm searching someone to programme or add a plugin to integrate VB in my website. In my website users propose the sentences in the categories, with their name and email.

I want to register users through VB to propose and manage the sentences, a part from the partecipation to the normal community forum. Then the users can contact each other through the forum and through the sentences. Essentially the sentence corresponds to a thread without reply, but with the link to contact the author through VB.

But the project is a little complex because there are some functions to make a good work for users. But the sense is this.
