been asking and looking for help for months.. please, simple problem
can someone please help me? i've been looking for help on various forums and searching everywhere. the views counter on my forum doesn't work, what happens is the views counter is always one number higher then the replies. i assume that each time someone leaves a reply, the counter is triggered yet when someone views the page originally nothing is trigger.
i have no idea where to even start to fix this :surprised: |

Are you sure thats not just coincidental? The views counter is not updated in real-time by default. It's updated via scheduled task.

Have you submitted a support ticket ?
If it is not working on a brand new VB installation they should help you fix it. You can open a support ticket here: http://members.vbulletin.com/members...ontactform.php |
