Can you help me find these two mods? (Support & Auto Start New Thread)

I'm using 3.6.3, and can't locate the following mods (I've read through page after page...)

- SUPPORT MOD
This mod allowed members to post a 'support/help' needed thread, and when the admin resolved the problem, and closed the thread the title would have 'resolved' in it.

- AUTO START NEW THREAD
This mod would automatically close any thread over XX posts, and start a new thread with the same title. (My members make Loooooooooong threads, and I need to curtail this.)
