syntax error when i click a members name- please help

I'm not sure if it is hack related or not, but if it is (And you really want to keep the hack) the reason it happened is because there isn't a , on the line before the error

For instance, it might read

$phrasegroups = array(
	'wol',
	'user',
	'messaging'
	'blah'
);

When it should read

$phrasegroups = array(
	'wol',
	'user',
	'messaging',
	'blah'
);
