as anybody inported the user names ect.. into jpilot java chat?
well i was looking at the coding that jpilot does and it looks like it could be posible..
here is the code for a sample html it comes with

now how would i be able to inport the user names of the person tring to join the chat.. i came up with part of the script

Im not entirley sure what you are trying to achive? I run the jIRC applet as well and I have to get the poster, registered or not, to enter his/her nickname into the client before they conenct.

So either, your trying to get it to grab the username and make jIRC connect automatically with that as the IRC nickname

or

You want to keep track of how many people are conencting though your IRC applet and show it in a "whosonline" fashion.
