Using the postbit in 3.6.2

I'd like to add some itrader information and some profile information to my user's postbit. I'm not sure how to do this. I'm sure there's a how to somewhere but I can't seem to find it.

How do I add their "in search of" to the postbit? I'd like it to be easier to access.
