Mysql error "comment field doesn't have a default value"

I'm getting this error after moving servers yesterday. Most everything is working just fine. I can play some of the games but others will throw this error when it goes to submit the score. I searched and found a couple of other people talk about it but didn't find an answer. Is there something in the database I can change to allow a blank value to be submitted for the "comment" value?
